We are delighted that you are interested in our services and the possibility of partnering with us as your design visionary and facilitator.

A Pastiche Design Assistant will schedule and In-Home Consultation with you and Irina to assess your project A non-refundable fee of $450.00 is required at the time of scheduling, and will cover approximately a one-hour consultation at the project site.* At this time, you will be introduced to the various Design Packages we have available and a design package will be recommended.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations not made 48-hour notice will result in loss of deposit.

After the initial consultation, a one-hour follow up meeting will be arranged at the Pastiche Design Center where you can determine which design package is right for you and finalize Contract options. At the completion of all paperwork,contracts, and release forms, a non-refundable Project Retainer ($500 minimum) is required. This amount will be applied toward the balance due at the completion of the contracted design project.

Botanical Design Consultations

We work with Interior Designers, Architects, Business Owners as well as the Homeowner in designing custom everlasting arrangements that truly complement their environments. Using the client’s color palette, the experts on our Botanical Design Team carefully choose and create beautiful designer botanicals that are the finest quality on the market today.

Our large and ever-changing inventory allows us to create most custom pieces within a week. We are constantly searching the market for the newest trends and finest materials available.

We offer custom on-site consultations as well as in our Design Studio. The rate for the initial consultation is: $75.00 for Design Studio or E-mail, and $150.00 for an on-site consultation. An additional Custom Design Fee may be applied to any pieces requiring unusual custom features or installation.

The Designer will work with you on color choices, style, and budget. A non-refundable 75% deposit is due to initiate any custom order. Our arrangements can be shipped anywhere.
